Onion Juice Boosts Testosterone BIG Time

Looking for a dirt-cheap, safe, and natural way to triple your testosterone levels? Then you might want to start drinking onion juice every day. Researchers in Iran recently found that it raises "test" levels as much as some steroids... at least in rats.

How? It has to do with antioxidants -- probably selenium compounds and quercetin -- in the juice reducing the concentration of free radicals in the body in a way that boosts testosterone production.

Of course, the Buzz Killingtons over at reddit are already saying that rats and humans are too different for the effects to be similar. But what do they know??

Since most people have a hard time following the standard 30-minutes-per-day exercise guidelines experts hope that this new "lower dose" recommendation will motivate the lazy.
