Just 15 minutes of moderate exercise a day is enough to give you a significantly longer life, according to a new Taiwanese study. Researchers looked at over 400,000 people for 13 years and found that people who got 15 minutes of "real" exercise (like brisk walking) per day lived about 3 years longer than those who didn't.
Since most people have a hard time following the standard
30-minutes-per-day exercise guidelines experts hope that this new "lower dose" recommendation will motivate the lazy.
